Over the last few years, a lot of changes has happened at Jollys Pharmacy;sometimes these changes were successful, other times not well received. This course outlines why organizations change and how employees need to be a part of these changes.
Unit One examines various examples of organizational structure. In doing so, it emphasizes how the change management process can be difficult die to the existence of organizational structure. It then continues to discuss various change management tools and models and how to develop your own change management skills.
In unit two, you will see the importance of communication in the process of change management. It discusses the importance of communication in order to overcome resistance to change.
